Based on our vast experience in South Florida, we are finding that a growing number of Associations are choosing to separate their management services from their financial services, so they are not bound by one if the other does not work out to their satisfaction. By separating the two services, the Board of Directors is given more control of their Association. We offer you a management service in its truest form; we simply manage your Association. In addition, we can offer a very experienced CPA firm to take care of your Community finances. We, as Management, will also oversee any financial service of your choosing, whether you already have one in place, or if you wish to establish that relationship on your own.
